This Afghan Afshar rug was hand-knotted by Turkmen Afghans, from hand-spun wool with vegetable dyes. What you see: a diamond medallion and four geometric corner motifs in blue and ochre on a bright red field, within a serrated light border. A versatile size for seating area, bedroom or study.
