Why a Wool Rug?
Wool is strong, durable, and naturally dirt and stain-resistant. A hand-knotted wool rug lasts for generations, feels warm, and improves a room's acoustics. Most pieces are vegetable-dyed, ensuring the colours remain warm and true.
Frequently Asked Questions about Wool Rugs
Are all rugs made of wool?
Almost our entire collection is made from 100% natural wool; some special pieces contain silk.
What is the difference between an oriental rug and a regular rug?
Oriental rugs are hand-knotted or hand-woven using age-old techniques, unique in pattern, and very durable — not a machine-made product.
What sizes are the rugs available in?
From small rugs to large sizes of 200 x 300 cm and larger; many pieces can also be ordered custom-made.
