Turkmen Afghans knotted this Chirwan by hand, from hand-spun wool and vegetable dyes. Typical of this piece: a light pink field with medallions in blue-green, ochre and pink. Lay it under the dining table or in the middle of the seating area. The light field shows off the medallions well.
