Persian rug Chirwan 67 x 94 cm
Two stepped medallions and a graphic hooked border: a small Chirwan rug with plenty of character.
This Chirwan was hand-knotted by Turkmen Afghans, from hand-spun wool and vegetable dyes. The rug has a cream field with two stepped medallions in green, blue and red, and a wide border with hook motifs in red and dark blue. Suitable for the hallway, beside the bed or as an accent in a small space.
