Perfectly square, with a cream border full of winding S-shaped figures in turquoise, red, olive and lilac.
The square format of 150 x 150 cm makes this kilim from Pakistan special. On the red central field stand cream diamonds with serrated edges, each with an hourglass shape in teal, red or olive at its heart. The wide cream border has a rhythmic pattern of S-shaped figures, with small cross-shaped motifs between them. Lovely under a small table, in a bay window or in a reading corner.
