Stepped diamonds in red, sage green and blue on a handwoven Afghan kilim.
This Darya kilim is flatwoven from hand-spun wool with vegetable dyes; the pattern lies in the weave itself. Two rows of large diamond medallions with smaller diamonds in red, cobalt blue and ochre are framed by a terracotta-red zigzag border. Lovely under a coffee table or dining table.
