A spacious Kashan from 1960, still in excellent condition.
This Persian Kashan was finely knotted in Iran in 1960, from kork wool. Kashan rugs are known for their classic medallion design with floral tendrils. In this piece you can see a round central medallion in blue and ivory on a red field full of tendrils, with dark blue corner pieces and borders.
