Shekarlou 314 x 385 cm
Mustard and ochre in a large, mottled field.
Qashqai nomads made this large South Persian Shekarlou from hand-spun wool with vegetable dyes. You see a mottled field in mustard, ochre and olive. A warm, earthy palette that stays lively thanks to the mottled wool. Fits a spacious living room or under a large dining table.
