Is an appointment required to visit?

Not strictly — walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. But with an appointment, you have our full attention, we are definitely available, and we ensure that the right carpets are ready. Strongly recommended for consultations and larger purchases.

Does an appointment cost anything?

No. An appointment is always without obligation and free of charge — whether you come to our gallery or we come to you with the viewing service.

What is the difference between a store appointment and the viewing service?

A store appointment is at our locations in Groningen, Amstelveen, or Hilversum — ideal for broad orientation. The free viewing service is at your home — ideal for the final choice, as you see color and size in your own interior.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Usually within one to two weeks. Check our agenda for available times, or call the gallery of your choice directly — it's often possible sooner.

What should I bring or prepare?

Nothing in particular. Useful to bring: general dimensions of the room, a photo of your interior, possibly a color sample of an important underlying surface (sofa, floor). We'll do the rest.

How long does an average appointment last?

Expect 45 minutes to 1.5 hours — depending on how specific or broad your search is. You set the pace, we don't rush.
